Liberty, Missouri is an attractive, amiable community with rich history, great schools, acres of serene park land, and quiet neighborhoods. Liberty is the second oldest incorporated town west of the Mississippi River and has numerous historical districts and buildings.  Liberty's schools are modern, state of the art, and are some of the finest in Missouri. The park trails are natural and serene. There is even a nature sanctuary full of native Missouri plants and wildlife.
